“Awesome barbecue - and you’ll be one of the few people in the UK to have it. As a grill - it’s good for direct heat (burgers / chicken / steaks etc) - but where it comes into its own is smoking and low / slow cooking. I’m a big smoker and came to this from a gas (Broil King) set up. This thing is nearly as easy to control as the gas grill - because it’s so brilliantly designed. The four vent system gives you amazing control over the heat. The side mounted thermometer is really accurate - I don’t even bother with my igrill anymore. The hinged grate mates topping up the coals easy while not disturbing the food on a long cook. And the aluminium finish makes it really easy to keep looking good. Can’t recommend this highly enough - and all your friends with their green eggs and kamado Joes will be jealous of your amazing 50s sci fi contraption.”
