Used the smoked this weekend. What a great bit of kit for the money. Great service from the guy as bbq land as always.

Very impressed with the service & delivery from BBQ Land for my new smoker. The smoker itself is solid & easy to put together however the only reason why I didn't give it a 5, is that the Thermometer shaft snapped when tightening the wingnut, should have come with a warning. The chamber holds it's temp well and I look forward to many years of smoking. Would definitely recommend the Char Griller Pro, also worth buying the cover it's outside all the time.

Very sturdy piece of kit. Goes together nicely. I had read reviews of similar products and also purchased some heat resistant silicone to use while building. I needed some gasket as the door doesn't fit flush (this seems to be a very common issue with most in this price range) which is a shame as it isn't cheap. Smoke and heat still escape from then ends of the "barrel" where it has been spot welded to the end caps. I will need some more heat resistant silicone to go around the edges. Those niggles aside, it is an awesome smoker. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this particular product to anyone looking to spend £520 on one. I also bought the cover as it lives outside. Gotta protect it to make it last.

Great smoker, solid build and easy to put together. Wet easy to move on the wheels for a heavy unit too. Held temperature easily over an extended smoking period. Would have given it 5 stars but for the main drum door not quite sealing closed completely, looks like the door is slightly twisted. I’ll be installing latches so no big deal. Great bit of kit!

I waited to review this until after my 1st use and I can now say I am one happy smoker. I managed to keep a temp of 250 for 5 hours fairly comfortably topping up and using charcoal in the fire box it took a whole 6 racks of ribs in one sitting and my testers loved the outcome. Now being my 1st smoker my only negative may be unfair so please take it with a pinch of salt but I do think the heat would have been easier to control if the fire box was better sealed on mine the lid has a lift in the lid on one side of probably 0.5cm and a slight gap around the edge of the side trap door so I may look into what I can use to seal that. But this is a great 1st smoker and if I went back in time I would make the same decision again I love it. And a great service from BBQ land in general so thank you :)
