Amazing pizza oven. Using a mix of charcoal and wood gives and consistent high heat as well as a lick of flames to cook the top of you pizza. Would definitely recommend this oven of the ooni fyra which Ive also owned. This is way superior

Love it love it love it! Took a bit of faffing the first time but now cook lots on it. Use maize meal / polenta to dust the wooden pizza peel to launch the pizza (I found a bit of plywood in the garage and use that - didn’t pay for a special one!) and use the metal pizza peel to turn and remove. No sticking. Also use a cast iron skillet to make peach and blueberry cobbler after every pizza session while the oven is cooling down and have also roasted a salmon side in the griddle pan. Am using it more than I thought I would - it’s awesome

Looks great, heated up quickly using hardly any wood. And, most importantly, it cooked pizzas perfectly. Highly recommend this product,
