“In short I should have my assembly payment of $250 refunded. Here's why: 1. Upon delivery the battery was dead and had to be jump started. Battery holds a charge for a couple days and then needs to be recharged. Still waiting for a replacement battery that you said you would send. 2. Front shakes after 20 MPH Steering colum attachment nut was loose by 1/8" had to remove to the dash cluster to gain access to the nut to tighten however steering still shakes after 20 MPH. 3. Both rear fenders were a attached in place but all screws were loose as though someone left the job to do later but forgot. 4. Rear left axel nut was loose causing a wooble. 5. Rear disk brake was dangerously low, 1/8" fluid and had to be refilled. So far I spent $375 for work you evidently didn't do. There is no way you assembled or tested before shipping. I can see now why the VA. Better Business Bureau has you rated with a D-.”
