“It's been 4 months and I still have not received my entire order. I have yet to receive the wheels, tires, hubs and reinforced box per my heavy duty yerf dog front end order. Welds were less than stellar on what I've received so far. Ordered Nov 14th. Hope I'm alive to see this project finished. Wow.”
“Had a damaged gasket with order and BDX replaced it free very promptly. I have already put new top end in with the replacement gasket and everything seems good. I am happy with the service and products and have already seen some items that they have I will be ordering in the near future.”
“I have an order that I a few months old. I asked about it in an email. A few days later I received a notice that the label had been created. That was Dec 11th. It still states that today Jan 24th.”
“We took delivery of our Rover electric vehicle on 12/18/24. The delivery driver was great he spent time explaining everything. He contacted the office to report 2 issues. 1 missing 2 push connectors for under the hood. 2 there was no charger for the unit. I have contacted BDX twice but still don't have the missing items 1/9/25.”

“We ordered a part on November 25th. Our old address went into the order by mistake, but we emailed right away and we got a email response which confirmed the address was corrected. Later the part was listed as delivered, but we called on December 12 cause the part was not received and was likely sent to the old address. The lady said the order would be cancelled and a new one placed. I did not receive an email for the new order and I sent a follow up email on December 22 to inquire about the order and have not received a response and today is Christmas and still no exhaust for my son's Go-Kart.”
“I purchased a 80cc Big Bore racing engine (LC) including Kosco CVT performance transmission upgrade kit; on Nov 27th received incorrect engine (50cc GY6 (SC). May from parts and engine sales resolved shipping error and sent me the correct engine (delivered Dec 24th) Good experience with BDX Performance.”

“I want to update my review. I'm happy to say that you all have responded to my speedometer issue by sending me that replacement speed gear sensor.
My other issue us the paperwork. I want to register my scooter but I have no paperwork. It may have come with the crate, however, it was raining the day of delivery and may have gotten swept up by the driver helping me unload. Is there copy or copies you can send me. Thanks.”

“Very informative staff in sales. We did have a scratch on our 'frunk' cover so we sent that back to Jess who is taking good care to get it fixed quickly. I was sceptical about ordering such a ride online, but BDX has taken that fear away. I'm already thinking of an upgrade and will be contacting tech help with that question.”
“I placed my order on 24th May and as of today’s date(19th Jun) I have not received my purchased item. From a business perspective, you must maintain items in stock and ready to ship out at a moment noticed if you want customers to buy your products again and again. Otherwise they will buy from other companies like Amazon.”
