“We took delivery of our Rover electric vehicle on 12/18/24. The delivery driver was great he spent time explaining everything. He contacted the office to report 2 issues. 1 missing 2 push connectors for under the hood. 2 there was no charger for the unit. I have contacted BDX twice but still don't have the missing items 1/9/25.”
“I placed my order on 24th May and as of today’s date(19th Jun) I have not received my purchased item. From a business perspective, you must maintain items in stock and ready to ship out at a moment noticed if you want customers to buy your products again and again. Otherwise they will buy from other companies like Amazon.”
“The carburetor I ordered. Came in it was the wrong part. I emailed BDX. They emailed back as for pictures the next day. I sent pictures that day. That was 3 days ago. Haven’t heard nothing back. Will update if I here from them.”
“Easy Transaction, Quick Ship. Easy Pay. I bought a manual enrichener kit for a Gy6 clone engine. It seems as if there is a piece missing as it wont work with whats supplied. Id need to fab up a cable bracket or find a cable barrell adjuster to try and take up the slack in the cable jacket to try and get this to work. For now, just running the little wire hand pull instead of the extended remote cable. Which is the real reason i bought the kit. Bummer.”
“I bought a 150 engine to go in a YS200. There were no general documents delivered with the engine. documentation on the 11 pole stator upgrade, oil required in engine and gear box and break in period would have been helpful. The engine being replaced had ports to hook up an external oil cooler but no cooler ports were found on the new motor.”
Hi Ron,
We have technicians you call and ask all these questions and we have this stated all over our website. We also email any invoices or order information.
If you don't have a 232cc engine or above that then you do not need any type of oil cooler. The engine does not have any oil cooler ports because it is not needed on a 150cc engine whatsoever.
“My packages arrived in poor condition stuff was broken boxes were broken with contents spilling out. Good products but poor shipping need that to get fixed.”
“This is the second part I ordered from BDX.
The first part arrived on time, and was as advertised, except the female threads on the end for the ball joint were 14mm instead of 12mm. Not a terrible deal, I simply ordered a new ball joint and made it work.
The second time, I ordered a lower control arm for the passenger side (the first time was the lower control for the driver).
The part took over 30 days to arrive on what was supposed to be 2 to 5 day shipping. The box that arrived was ripped open, looks like it had been dropped/kicked, and covered in various tape to keep the part in.
Arguably, this could be fault of the post office, but the part I received isn't even the part as advertised that I ordered.
Now I either have to wait upwards of 1 to 2 months for a new (hopefully correct) replacement, or try to find someone to weld and fix the broken one.”
“It’s a rugged golf cart that does the job. But delivered with about 15 nicks and scratches, cracked rear fender, gear plate popping of when shifting, digital gas reader stuck on empty when full. And for the most part, customer service was a pain in the butt. Found another gear panel under my gas tank when trying to fix gas gauge inside gas tank. Gear panel fit perfectly. They sent another rear plate to replace the on the flat bed in back.
Brand new golf cart that didn’t come brand new. If you’re able to get past that then it’s a fine golf cart. It’s a little louder then normal golf carts but I got the gas 6 seater 4x4 that runs like a utv.”
“Hello I am glad that I ordered the parts from you guys they arrived very quickly no issues however the parts you sent me were different than the original and I'm trying to work with technical support to try to get this back together also there were some pictures that I sent of the rollers to see if they were bad and they need to be replaced been working with Doug if I could get somebody to give me a call back so that I can figure out if I need these parts and get this buggy back together also the carburetor I replace in that saying there's two lines that are supposed to go into the old air box that I don't know what to do with also questions for tech support I've been 2 days I haven't heard back they said they were going to call a little while after lunch yada yada I'm still looking for some help to try to get this bike back together appreciate all you've done so far if someone could reach out to me that would be fantastic”
“Company has a few things to work on. They have helped correcting things, but had delayed things too. For instance, bought the big bore conversion, got it back without the carburator. Sending new one. Also, Would suggest they place a detailed work order in the shipment so customer can review what was done. Over all, I'll give a 5 out of 10, but could go higher after I get it back running and see the performance of their work.”
“Purchased front hub upgrades for Yerf Dog spiderbox, took a while but when I got them, there are no instructions on how to install and inner bearings have a larger hole than outer. They were quick to respond and send me out new bearings which was helpful but no idea if they will be the right size. Instructions would really help.”
“Overall good experience except I ordered brake pads for my vehicle which required two for the front and one for the rear they sent me one set of brake pads for the front which is not what I asked for I asked for the complete set for the vehicle so now I'll have to reorder pay shipping wait another week which is unsatisfactory to me please give me a call my number is 619-972-8845”
“I’m not a real happy customer with BDX. I did give them 3 stars because the owner tried to get an issue resolved a couple different times. I’m not gonna get into the issue in this review and bash them but make sure whatever your ordering is exactly what you need.”
