“Product did not arrive as advertised. I don’t know who’s making these parts but they should probably see an eye doctor. How it arrived after their apparently non-existent QC is disappointing to say the least. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and will likely not use them again. Very disappointing.”

“I called BDX with a technical question concerning CDI connector kit. They told me to call back or send a text because their tech guy was unavailable. I texted and called many times and never got a meaningful response. I ordered the part anyway and it did not work perfectly for my application. This part was inexpensive so not the end of the world.”

“I wish I would have been informed that one of the items I ordered wasn't in stock (even though it still says it is) so I could have figured anything else out. Then I received my order and it said everything was included but was not. I called and was told it would be at least another week and a half before I would receive it. I also wish I wouldn't have paid extra for two day shipping.”
“All the products I’ve received seem great but I wasn’t shipped part of my order and upon me telling the customer service member that, he said that it would be shipped out later. I’ve asked 2x for an update on the product and haven’t gotten a reply but it is still tied into the order number that was already delivered so I have no idea if it’s actually shipped or not due to it saying it’s already delivered (with the other part of the order that was already delivered)”
“The email message said partial delivery. I got my engine but i don't know if the racing transmission is attached or if it's the stock transmission. I didn't receive my seat belts so I'm not sure what's going on. I understand delivery delays but not on the seat belts. 4 point harnesses”

“Website doesn’t indicate out of stock items. Had to call after a week and see why the order hadn’t shipped. After the order arrived I got a notice a different part on order wasn’t in stock and I would be refunded. The packaging quality on my hubs was the worst I’ve ever seen. 2 raw hubs in a box with packing peanuts. Both hubs are banged up, one of them has a rotor bolt hole that got smashed and will need rethreaded. Overall a pretty disappointing experience and I’m not sure I would spend my money here again.”

“I did not have a Good first experience with BDX whatever you do do not email them a clear basic question about a different vehicle you might have until you receive the product you ordered first because whoever they have in their office reading emails cannot comprehend basic questions and will mess up your order!! Then after several emails they get it right in the email but when the product shows up it still was not the correct order!! they sent me the cheaper air filter kit than what I paid for and also the wrong size springs for the muffler no courtesy stickers or anything! So I would have to say was done on purpose..... it's to bad because we just started a new business rebuilding go-karts and buggies I sure was expecting more from them as a company....very disappointed 😞😞”
“We ordered two Twister Tread Go-Kart ATV tires. Unfortunately we received the wrong tires. The tires we received are Go-Kart ATV tires (see picture below). The tires we received cost $10.00 less per tire. Also we waited a very long time to receive the tires.”
