It's been 4 months and I still have not received my entire order. I have yet to receive the wheels, tires, hubs and reinforced box per my heavy duty yerf dog front end order. Welds were less than stellar on what I've received so far. Ordered Nov 14th. Hope I'm alive to see this project finished. Wow.

I have an order that I a few months old. I asked about it in an email. A few days later I received a notice that the label had been created. That was Dec 11th. It still states that today Jan 24th.

We ordered a part on November 25th. Our old address went into the order by mistake, but we emailed right away and we got a email response which confirmed the address was corrected. Later the part was listed as delivered, but we called on December 12 cause the part was not received and was likely sent to the old address. The lady said the order would be cancelled and a new one placed. I did not receive an email for the new order and I sent a follow up email on December 22 to inquire about the order and have not received a response and today is Christmas and still no exhaust for my son's Go-Kart.

Not good!! Did not even get tire size that is clearly on my order…And can not seem to get in touch with them as to get problem resolved… Jason

Received my scooter 3 weeks later. No instructions on how to put it together call. Technical support, they have no instructions. Make sure you have it put together before you have it sent to you, especially if you don't know anything about putting scooters together.

Very upset . I’ve had this lemon for less than a month I’ve only driven it 3 times and the freakin transmission light came on , the engine backfires and I have less than 15 miles on the dash if that much . I spent almost 10,000 dollars on this and I’m very dissatisfied. I waited nearly a month for a lemon.

No communication and they rip people off. I waited for almost 3 months for an item that said was in stock. When i finally got ahold of someone they were really rude. When my item came in, it was missing the bushings and bearings that were supposed to be pressed in. Now its going on another month and still nothing and now a lady named May will not answer me or acknowledge my calls. Shes always in a meeting. No she ripped me off and will do the same to you. Do not trust them

Incompetent and Very unprofessional. Took 2 weeks of nagging them to ship the order. I had to pay twice because May cancelled my order without permission. After about 8 phone calls and several disagreements I received the wrong part. Instead of admitting they made a mistake, they LIED and said there is a new version of the part available. This is not true! I sent pics of the Go Kart, a parts diagram, and a picture of the part! I tried to make it foolproof but unsurprisingly they messed up again! They refuse to give me a refund until they receive the part back and inspect it! Keep in mind the part was not only incorrect, but it was used/damaged/dry rotted! I called them out on this, sent pictures and they still don’t believe me! This has been the worst retail experience I’ve ever dealt with! Lies! Excuses! Incompetence! I cannot emphasize enough to find ANY OPTION BESIDES BDX!

I’ve ordered many parts from them in the past. NEVER AGAIN will I order from them. They sent me a wiring harness that did not match the pictures. Then when I went to install it I noticed a wire had came loose from a connector. I called and sent pictures. the lady I spoke with “may” said she doesn’t know why they sent me that wire harness “it doesn’t look finished” is what she said. She said shed send a new one and the right one. Few days later and still no tracking number. I called and she said that for some reason is still in their distribution center, and that is SHOULD be here by Thursday. It should have been here the Sunday before. Now plans to use it for thanksgiving are gone! Been waiting too long for a simple harness.

Everything was good except for the parts that I did not get. The only improvement is whoever packs and ships. Maybe take into consideration like Santa Claus made a list checking it twice. Make sure everything’s there and everything will be nice.

Ordered parts only one item showed up they will not answer my messages as to where the other parts are or when they may be here. I will never order from them again. They were quick to answer question when I was purchasing but after the sell there is no communication. Have not received part. Terrible service!!!

Was sent the wrong parts. Reached out and try to get them to send the right parts and still haven’t heard anything. It’s been 2 weeks now.

No gasket ,no bolts ,no paperwork,no instructions tho it is self explanatory but for teens or first timers worst of all no slaps ,no brand sticker ....plus it is not a direct fit for carbide as it says it is it's a few inches shorter ..

Worse customer service ever. They tell you they going to look for the part that you need and never call you back. Took for ever for my refund. At the end never got anything done. No parts no nothing.

yall took a month to ship my part, and it was the wrong one. yall were a nightmare to communicate with when i was trying to get the correct part shipped out. the correct part was shipped about another month later. ever since, i have received a million texts and emails asking me to complete a survey. i had to fight tooth and nail for you to respond to me throughout the process, and now i cant stop getting notifications from you. yes, i finally received the correct part, but I've never had to work so hard to make that the case.

I purchased a front shock and a the front passenger side spindle for a Colman go cart and the spindle is the wrong one and I haven't seen the shock yet

The engine was delivered damaged and pictures were sent to Mae in shipping. Our conversation was if the casing is not damaged it should be fine. Had my mechanic look at the old motor and it would not turn over. Therefore I purchased one from BDX for $799 and $56.34 for shipping. My mechanic removed the old motor and installed the new one and wired it up to only have the motor turn over but not fire up. They changed the spark plug wire and spark plugs twice with no different result. At that time we contacted Doug in your service department to discuss how to proceed forward and he tried troubleshooting the issues with no success. At that point, I decided to have my mechanic open the old motor up to find out why it stopped running. We found the belt inside gave out and we replaced it and it worked. At that point, we had to take the new motor that was not working out and install the old motor back wired it up and it started. Contact Doug and asked about returning the nonrunning motor and he said I need to talk to Mae. I was told by Mae there would be a 20% restocking fee and I argued this was not my fault that I would send the defective product back and that they test it via phone with me to prove it was shipped to me in running condition. They were unable to get the motor running either and it was decided to not charge the restocking fee. When I asked about the additional cost I incurred to ship the motor back $128.46 and the additional labor of $200 to take the new motor back out and install the old one again which was not my fault on my end but BDX for sending me a faulty motor. Plus the $56.34 I paid to have a nonrunning motor shipped to me. Had the motor worked we would not be having this conversation and this transaction costing me money to deal with a faulty motor. I was told those expenses would not be covered because they could have fixed it over the phone. We already tried this and it failed. Plus why should my mechanic troubleshoot a motor that should have been tested on the BDX end? Should I pay extra to my mechanic for taking the time to correct your issue? I think not. I'm asking to be reimbursed for the shipping and labor that I paid out for something that was not my fault in any way but to patronize BDX and be inconvenienced in the process. Do the right business decision and fix your mistake. I was also told by Mae that they would figure out what is wrong with the motor and end up shipping it to another customer who will not know the history behind the motor. How do I know I wasn't that customer getting the faulty motor from a prior customer? Make this right. I can be reached at 1-317-909-6459 before I proceed with further action. Sincerely Craig A. There was no damage to this engine. Craig is not being truthful regarding this. Like all of our products that we ship if there is a problem our obligation is to repair the product under warranty. Our technician was working with Craig on this. And everything was being addressed per our contract--the warranty policy. Craig found out that his old engine only needed a belt. So he sent the new engine back because he fixed his old engine. In this situation Craig cannot be refunded the shipping money. Normally we charge a 20% restocking fee and per our return policy we but we waved this for Craig. Craig made the mistake of ordering an engine because he needed to replace a belt. THIS IS 100% CRAIGS MISTAKE AND HE MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS MISTAKE. FedEx was paid to deliver an engine to him and they are not going to refund the money because of Craigs mistake and we are not going to cover the shipping cost for Craigs mistake. And in 20/20 hind sight if we'd known Craig would be so ungrateful we should have charged Craig a 20% restocking fee in compliance with our contract. It was unreasonable for craig to order a new engine when all he had to do was replace his belt in his old engine and unreasonable for him to expect BDX or FEDEX to pay for his mistake and unreasonable of him not to be grateful that BDX did not charge him a 20% restocking fee.
