“Issues with golf cart. Rover 200EFI INVOICE # D10591 ORDER # 20851
1. There are 2 small chips on the driver side front fender. Would be great if I could get a small jar of touch up paint. Thank you
2. When going from neutral to forward, when I accelerate I hear a grinding gear sound and then I drops into forward with a small jerk.
Sounds like gears grinding. This happens most of the time. The only way to stop this, shift to F and wait at idle for about 5 seconds then accelerate.
3. I appear to only have 15 mph as my top speed. I thought 20 mph was the max.
If these issues could be resolved, I would appreciate your response”

May from parts and engine sales resolved shipping error and sent me the correct engine (delivered Dec 24th) Good experience with BDX Performance.”
“I want to update my review. I'm happy to say that you all have responded to my speedometer issue by sending me that replacement speed gear sensor.
My other issue us the paperwork. I want to register my scooter but I have no paperwork. It may have come with the crate, however, it was raining the day of delivery and may have gotten swept up by the driver helping me unload. Is there copy or copies you can send me. Thanks.”

“I would have gave them five stars because the customer service was great the products were delivered in a decent time the only thing that got to me at the end was they recommended a disc for the shifter but forgot to tell me that I might need some new cables for that new shifter but other than that they are a great company the engine is hooked up and running good now I'm just waiting on some cables”
“I recently ordered an engine for my go kart. The engine I ordered was a tomberlin crossfire. According to the picture it was the engine I needed. When I received the engine. It was the wrong one. I had to send it back at my expense. I sure hope I get the right engine this time. I did include a picture this time. You can see the difference between the two engines in the pictures below”
“When I ordered my parts it said everything was in stock. Two weeks later and only half the order is here. I plan my projects on your inventory accuracy. I had to send a couple of e-mails to get a response. So communication could be better.”
“the motor i ordered is good, the starter was bad, luckily i had the one off the other motor i took out. do you check everything before you send them? only other thing was the five prong plug was different than the bad engine (2022) model, so some extra work on my end. i bought uni filters for this machine and two other ones we have for the grandsons, they are nice units. as far as the motor itself i am very pleased, jim”
“(Edit) Original issue was resolved(see below). The Company made it right after a negative review. The reason for the updated 4 star is an email was sent to the custom care email with no response at all. I waited 2 days before i gave a bad review. The customer care department needs work. I should not have to give a bad review to bring attention to obvious mishandling of my order.
(Original) I only received half of my order. No seals, bearings, or gasket was in the box. See picture”
