“I spoke to an agent about what I was looking for which was a longer rubber boot for the uni-filter adapter before I order it on the phone, and she told me she was going to check with her manager and told me to hold on, once she came back to the phone I was told yes they can ship me a longe rubber boot and metal extension, but when I got my order it was the same size as the original so I called and was told to send pictures so I did that, she told me she was going to look at the pictures and call me back, but never called. So I called several times to know the results and I was told not to call back again because she was going to look at the pictures, THAT WAS SO RUDE OF HER THE WAY SHE SAID IT. She said she would call me by the end of the day but no call yet. My point is I specially told her what I wanted to buy and we went over it and she told me yes they can send a longer rubber boot with my order. I need this handled ASAP”

I ordered parts that I thought would be shipped out in a timely manner, but instead it took a month, no one informed me that they were short handed and maybe I could get a refund if I was not prepared to wait. The parts finally arrived after 5-6weeks, if something is wrong, I can almost guarantee that it will be a much longer process and not worth the hundred bucks that I spent.”

“I ordered a carb and intake about 5 weeks ago and never got those parts. I ordered the same carb from Amazon and got it in 3 days. I ordered the intake again from BDX to fit the carb I ordered from Amazon and I still haven’t gotten it and it has been 3 weeks waiting on that. So far I’ve ordered 3 items from BDX and haven’t received anything yet. They charged my CC for the first order and haven’t given my money back yet so I guess you could say that is a good way of making money by taking my money and giving me NOTHING IN RETURN. Tell me why I should buy or recommend BDX to anyone. Looks like BDX is nothing but a scammer. Ronnie Tillery

I have an update on my experience with BDX. In the above I said I ordered a carb and intake about 5 weeks ago which is correct but the reason I did not get it was that it got stuck in shipping in one place and it did not get delivered which was not BDX's fault. Also i said I ordered 3 items from them and never got them which I forgot that I did get a CDI box from them and it was delivered promptly. As far as my credit card charge for the Carb, I have since rec'd a refund for the carb. As for the intake there seems to be a problem with BDX's supplier and I have been assured that it will be here soon. I made a harsh statement about them being a Scammer, I said that not knowing all the facts and I now retract that statement. They sell parts that are hard to find and Looks like the parts are hard for them to get sometimes. I do commend BDX on the fact that they do read the reviews and want to do the right thing and follow up on problems. I would buy from them in the future. Ronnie Tillery”
“Bought a replacement carburetor for a Coolster 125cc go kart. The carburetor is not a direct replacement. Different style fuel bowl that does not clear the intake pipe, no gaskets given with the new carburetor, and mating surfaces were not well-machined to an even flatness. Waste of time and money.”

“Worst company ever I have placed several orders totaling almost 2000 dollars since Jan 1st and have never received a complete order I am missing so many parts I am not able to complete any of the build and nobody’s seems to help I have emailed and called BDX they are happy to talk with me but nothing ever gets taken care of I am so frustrated.”
“Still waiting on a clutch that did not come in my performance kit. The header did not have a bracket welded on for the springs that hold the muffler tight to the connection. Don't know if I'll ever see the clutch or not. Called right away and they said it was coming but a week and half later still nothing or any kind of update. So far I have not had a good experience. Just waiting for it all to get here so I can get my kart going.”
“Dishonest and a bunch of crooks. Caught them in several lies. Wasn't notified of any "return fees" until after I had sent backbthe DAMAGED engine. Charged $286 fee. May have to take legal actions.”
“Not a good experience. Order 9741. The first delivery had several parts missing from the clutch kit and the sprocket was wrong. The second delivery received missing parts from the clutch kit and again the wrong sprocket. Several calls and emails and they did not send out the correct sprocket. Called again and said never received an email, then somehow they just found and finally sent out the correct sprocket to match the original order. Staff is nice on the phone, just terrible packaging and delivery. Took seven weeks to finally receive the originally ordered parts that were clearly documented on invoice.”
