“This is the second part I ordered from BDX.
The first part arrived on time, and was as advertised, except the female threads on the end for the ball joint were 14mm instead of 12mm. Not a terrible deal, I simply ordered a new ball joint and made it work.
The second time, I ordered a lower control arm for the passenger side (the first time was the lower control for the driver).
The part took over 30 days to arrive on what was supposed to be 2 to 5 day shipping. The box that arrived was ripped open, looks like it had been dropped/kicked, and covered in various tape to keep the part in.
Arguably, this could be fault of the post office, but the part I received isn't even the part as advertised that I ordered.
Now I either have to wait upwards of 1 to 2 months for a new (hopefully correct) replacement, or try to find someone to weld and fix the broken one.”

I’ve had this lemon for less than a month I’ve only driven it 3 times and the freakin transmission light came on , the engine backfires and I have less than 15 miles on the dash if that much . When my item came in, it was missing the bushings and bearings that were supposed to be pressed in. “Incompetent and Very unprofessional. Took 2 weeks of nagging them to ship the order. I had to pay twice because May cancelled my order without permission. After about 8 phone calls and several disagreements I received the wrong part. Instead of admitting they made a mistake, they LIED and said there is a new version of the part available. This is not true! I sent pics of the Go Kart, a parts diagram, and a picture of the part! I tried to make it foolproof but unsurprisingly they messed up again! They refuse to give me a refund until they receive the part back and inspect it! Keep in mind the part was not only incorrect, but it was used/damaged/dry rotted! I called them out on this, sent pictures and they still don’t believe me!
This has been the worst retail experience I’ve ever dealt with! Lies! Excuses! Incompetence! I cannot emphasize enough to find ANY OPTION BESIDES BDX!”
“I would have gave them five stars because the customer service was great the products were delivered in a decent time the only thing that got to me at the end was they recommended a disc for the shifter but forgot to tell me that I might need some new cables for that new shifter but other than that they are a great company the engine is hooked up and running good now I'm just waiting on some cables”

“First off let me say this I have a chinese atv a pentroa 200 efi good bike for a bit but engine was garbage broke 2 times 3rd bent the crankshaft can't find shit for this bike at all 176cc engine . Ok now I e mail.bdx performance cause I came across there site this lady named May responded in like I day which was great I sent er pics of the bike and she responded quickly . All said and doe we agreed that a kandi 200 would fit the bike . Motor was shipped arrived on time but as soon as I loom at it I knew it wasn't gonna work . That's ok not therebfault at all both patires made a mistake. May went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem after. Speaking with the tech we both agreed that the motor wouldn't fit im.in the process to return the motor when i get the shipping label . Great company very helpful werenboyh kinda disappointed the motor didn't fit bu hey its all good for another day . These guys are great gor rebuilds and parts great atmosphere when you call someone always has a answer for you very nice people and company Mayne in the future I will buy from them again .
