“I cannot get my bike registered! I have been to 3 different registration offices with no avail! Everytime they try to communicate with BDX they are never able to get a straight answer or my title corrected. I have a brand new bike that I can’t ride in my hometown because I can’t get plates. I’m at my wits end about all of this! I paid for the MSO/title and it was not cheap, plus expedited shipping and it was all a waste of money. I can’t say that I would recommend the company even though I love the bike. The main reason I bought this model was because I could use around my town in the city, I even gave insurance for it and at this point it just seems like a waste. ♂️”
