TrailMaster Challenger 200U UTV Reviews

3 Rating 1 Reviews
The delivery and crating was very good. The assembly instructions were non-existent. The front bumper mounting holes failed to line up with the main frame so I have only 3 out of 4 bolts installed. The fuel train was not clean as the carburetor fouled after a short time of operation and required cleaning. Only clean fuel was charged in the fuel tank. (How did this debris get past the fuel filter?) The carburetor fuel bowl was installed with break-away screws that had to be modified with a dremel tool for removal. (WHY) The tilt bed has to be removed to service the top side of the engine. This is a very cumbersome process. (Not happy about this.) The design should allow for service tilting of 90 degrees. The steering wheel drive shaft bushing is very loose enabling it to raddle excessively. (Very noisy.) The rear cargo bed vibrated a lot as well. (Very noisy.) The rear turn signal lights were wired backwards. (This had to be corrected.) I had to modify the seats as they are pitched down toward the front. (I had to raise the front of the seat 1.5 inched for additional comfort.) The ride and handling is adequate for my use.
