I made a lamb stuffing using Beacon's Lamb and Mint Burgers and added roasted onions and garlic, then re-tied the joint after stuffing, oven roasted for 2hrs (worth the wait!) and the meat was beautifully tender, and there was enough to serve 5 or 6 people.”
