“I needed some big fat wrist wraps for heavy bench days. These fit the bill nicely. I've put up 365lbs wearing these. I could already do that, but these made it a lot more comfortable. Take your hand and try to wrap it around your wrist. That's about how wide these are. They are long enough wrap around your wrist about 4 times before being secured with Velcro. They get very tight, which is what i wanted. They also have a thumb loop, which I hate, but understand it's for putting them on easier. 5/5 for me.”
