7mm Knee Sleeves XS / Gray / Single Reviews

I recently had a "tweak" in my left knee (one that has seen two minor surgeries in my life) and needed a thick, supportive knee sleeve. Already a fan of Bear Grips' wrist/palm guards, I gave them a whirl. I immediately felt the support and have experienced little to no pain in my knee, even on days when CFNR, my CrossFit box, has some squat work. They wash well (which is frequent due to sweat and, quite frankly, the smell..) and are a vital part of my CrossFit "outfit". Also, the delivery was extremely fast and their delivery notification system Bear Grips utilizes was spot on and I knew when my package was coming! (Recommendation to the team, include your brand stickers in the packages since we will put them in our cars and laptop covers..free advertising and instant conversation starters!)

If you need extra support for your knees, this works great. The thin sleeves can only do so much. The tradeoff is you will get hotter in the thicker material, but it does give excellent support and is very comfortable. Thumbs up! I did receive this item at a discount in order for me to test it and give my honest and unbiased feedback.

This is a great knee brace for doing any lifting that requires bending your knee. It is way more secure than I thought it was going to be. I usually use a knee brace that has adjustable straps, since I've experienced a lot of slippage with knee sleeves. This however is an exception. I did size down one to ensure a tight fit. It is made of good material and is very sturdy. Most products from bear grips has great quality. They obviously put a lot into the products they sell to their consumers. I received this at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

This is my third bear grips product and I love them all! I got this item to keep in my gym bag so I can ensure that I have the necessary support on those occasions that I don not workout at home. I have been dealing with pain on my left knee for a long time and so I am always looking for better/more supportive ways to continue my weight workouts without the possible strain of my knee. I tried the bear grips wrist wraps and really like them so I thought I would give the knee brace a try. I am so glad I did, this is by far the best compression knee sleeve I have tried so far! I have tried other knee braces in the past and like them a lot but this blows them all away. It has the necessary support without the brace getting in the way of my range of motion or ever being uncomfortable. In addition this has great padding to give my knee the support it needs if my workout requires me to put weight on it. This sleeve keeps my knee warm and the blood flowing for proper movement and less pain. This sleeve is very well made for durability and from now on, this is all I will be using... I just wish they had them in red. I ordered the small and was perfect on me (5'2 and 130 lbs). I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest review of my experience with this product. I was not required for it to be positive but I honestly love this product

The knee brace is awesome. The first time I put it on, it almost felt like I was walking on a bouncy floor (that's a good thing). Helped keep my knee perfectly in line. I personally couldn't wear it for more than a few minutes at a time, because apparently I have a bigger knee than I thought lol. Even so, I was able to do squats and leg press without having any pain (and usually by my 3rd or 4th set I start having medial patellar pain). I did lunges, too, and they felt great. I then let my husband use the brace and he does have 'chicken legs' compared to me. It fit him PERFECTLY. I ordered a medium, and it really is perfect for him. He's a corrective exercise specialist and is very critical of things that are supposed to help joints. Well, this passed the test. He loves it. We both love it. We both focus heavily on lifting heavy and doing olympic lifts (snatches, clean and jerk, deadlifts, deep squats, etc). He and I have separately tried probably 8 or 9 different knee braces, and these are by far the most comfortable, easy to put on and off and supportive. I did receive this brace at a discount for my honest review, but regardless, I would recommend this for anyone looking for a really good brace that will actually do the job. I'm going to purchase one for a friend of mine who, when we're working out, needs me to hold pressure on her knee or else it hurts her. I think it'll really help.

The knee wrap was all as expected, I did not have any problems with it which is why I have given it 5 stars. If you are having difficulties with a knee while either working out or simply just doing an everyday thing than I would recommend you try out some sort of knee supports such as these. They feel very thick and strong which is great they can fit under your jeans if you decide to wear it on a regular day. The purpose for these knee wraps are for support and to keep everything tight in that knee area. I used them for working out, they really helped me out when squatting and dead lifting which gives a lot of stress on the your knees. Once i tried this one out i felt a difference, since I only bought one I was able to determine the difference between each knee and ive go to say that they do indeed work. Other than that, the material is soft and sturdy and easy to wash, they are also easy to put on there is nothing difficult about that . Disclosure: I have received this product for free in exchange for my honest review, but that fact has not influenced my opinion about the product. I was not required to write a positive review and no monetary compensation was received for writing reviews.

As of right now I have not had any complaints about this sleeve. I will update in a few months with the durability. Upon receiving the product, the first thing that I noticed is how thick it is! It was unexpected, even though I knew I was ordering 7mm; honestly, it doesn't completely register until you have it there in front of you. I thought that it would impair me when I do squats. Yesterday I was able to do an actual low deep squat. I have been doing partial squats for two reasons: 1) I have had three knee surgeries 2) I weigh more than I should. I wear a brace on my right knee, but have always been nervous because I didn't have anything to wear on my left. WIth so many options for compression sleeves, I became overwhelmed. I didn't want the norm because not every athlete has the same joint issues as me and I didn't want to try something new because they are really expensive, and seriously, who has the money to just try out things like this?!?! Well, I got lucky. When I put the sleeve on there was a slight discomfort, but I had the same issue with my brace. It is new, it is stiff, it is thick (That's what she said). I did a decent amount of reps (12) for five sets. I had absolutely no problems do 135 (this is good for me) for those reps and going lower than I have before. I am actually debating on purchasing one for my right knee and using it instead of the brace. It felt really good. Now, I have only used this in two workouts, so I will update with durability. But for now, I am exceptionally happy with this compression sleeve. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my unbias review
