These sleeves were nearly perfect for about a week. They gave proper support and helped relieve my strain. Unfortunately, one of them began to unravel and now has a hole in the elbow. I cannot recommend them. The support was very helpful but the quality is poor.

Suffered from Golfer's Elbow. Cortisone worked the first time, but after that they ceased to be effective. I heard about Bear from my gym in Syracuse, NY. I tried it and I would say I am at about 90%. I would not work out without my sleeves, and I usually sleep with it on at night (just the bad elbow). It works for me, and I am on my third set simply because I keep one in NY and the others here in FL (I have one at the ready if something were to go down). So, if you were thinking about a sleeve do not hesitate.

The compression is great, however it seems to retain heat more than my rehband pair.

The compression they provide alleviates my elbow pain and helps a lot on my push days. For the quality and price, you can't beat it!

Having Golfer's Elbow can be a serious limitation. I have tried the OTC braces, the doctor prescribed braces, and gone the kinetic tape route. I can say that these elbow sleeves from Bear Grips are far superior to all the others. It is comfortable, it is not bulky or obtrusive, and it really provides support. You can feel the blood flow (heat), and it does in fact feel (the Golfer's) better. I am not 100%, but when I wear the sleeves I forget that I have a nagging injury and can compete the way I did before the inflammation. I bought both, and glad I did.
