“Never received the package as DPD were allegedly unable to deliver on FIVE separate occasions despite having specific instructions to leave with a choice of neighbour who had agreed to be available to take delivery. DPD never left a card and I don't believe that any genuine delivery attempts were made. Beautybase responses to my emails trying to resolve the issue were from a nameless representative and were brief, disparaging and practically illiterate. Very disappointed and will not be using them or recommending to anyone.”
