“My partner loved this perfume as a present. Unfortunately, the surprise element was sort of ruined when the product's packaging mentioned that it contains perfume. And I knew that my partner was going to receive the package before me! Also, when the package was opened, it even contained the price of the perfume on the invoice! You would assume that if you wished for the product to be gift wrapped, then you won't display the price on the invoice! I have already received the invoice by email! Amazon does this, why can't this company?”

Dear Calum We are really sorry to hear that your surprise was sort of ruined. Unfortunately, we leave the invoices out only upon requests. Furthermore, out of security reasons the product's packaging must contain a label which warns the courier service whether the content of the parcel is flammable (perfume/aftershave) or non-flammable (toiletry). Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience caused but as said above in future just email us to leave the invoice out of your parcel. Kindest Regards, Beauty Base Online
