“I've made purchases through beauty base and they use Klarna. I paid for every order. Now Klarna sent me a letter saying I never paid for one order which I made back in April 2020. I contacted beauty base and they said other customers have reported the same problem. They said in the letter they tried to reach me multiple times through emails which is not true at all. I checked my spam and nothing is there. When I raised this point in the chat to them, their customer service was trying to blame me and Klarna said they would launch a case but it would take 25 days. I contacted beauty base and they are looking into it too as other customers are having this issue. So I told this to Klarna, now they are saying I received a refund which I did not and stating beauty base did not fulfill the order but they did and I have not had any issues with them. I've ordered multiple times from beauty base and have had no problems. I didn't know what or realise what Klarna was until I got this letter. I think Klarna are trying to make me pay again for no reason. When I checked I did not receive any refund. As such I will no longer deal with beauty base again as this negative experience has put me off completely. So please be aware when buying from this company.”
