“I ordered this product on 18 May, I still haven't received it, I have been told that it has got lost on the courier's system, will someone please come back to me and either give me a refund or confirm that the product is on it's way. If I don't hear back from you soon I will do something about this experience on social media, (having praised your product to friends etc).. please come back to me.”
