“Have used brow wiz for years and can’t fault the product itself but it arrived broken. Pencil itself falls out of the holder and I have to manually pop it back in. Beauty Bay refused to send me a replacement unless I returned the item, which would have left me with no eyebrow pencil in the interim. Not very helpful. Won’t be buying from BB again.”
