“I bought 2 sticks, but only one was sent to me. I waited for a long time and no replacement was sent to me. Then there was a request for help on the website and no reply. Will never come back to this site to buy anything again.”

“The review is more for the website than for the product. I have ordered the product with a clear gel over 4 weeks ago and have not received it. CS team advised they can’t do anything I should just check the tracking. When the item still hasn’t arrived they have advised there will be a refund and that’s it - Ridiculously poor customer service.”
