- Remember that our mini 6-week treatment filled with 1ml of formula and will not be filled to the top. If your applicator is wet with the product, it likely has adequate product inside to last six weeks. Typically we ask that if the tube does not last to the 6-week specified supply, please reach out and let us know!
If your product applicator is completely dry to the touch, I'd love to do some digging here to look into this for you - can you respond with the lot number listed on the side bottle? (typically a 4-6 digit, located near the lower portion of the tube on the side.)
