This is likely from the Essential Serum and not the Enhancing Conditioner
Our active ingredient draws extra blood flow to the surface, this shows through the thinner eyelid skin as a red/purple line where you applied. rest assured this dissipates over time. We recommend spacing our applications every 3-4 days.
Most people can use the Essential Serum once per day every day without an issue however, some people do need to start off using the product slowly. Instead of using it every day, allow your eyes to completely re-adjust before applying it again. This means it might be 4-7 days in between applications which is fine
This allows your eyes to get used to the serum without a reaction. Keep in mind, when applying the product less is more. Don't re-dip the wand, 1 dip is enough for both eyes, and apply to the upper lash line only.
