“I was really happy and pleased with the brushes. But after owning them for LESS than a month, some of the brushes let go of their glue inside and I was left with the brush separated from it's holder. Ready for the trashbin as there is no way to fix that.. Reached out to support for having a faulty item, because surely, if it's a good quality brush and made how it's supposed to, it won't break so fast and in such a silly way? Support team refused to assist me on this? I am heavily dissappointed in BeautyBay and their team.”

“Très bon set de pinceaux, qui convient aussi bien pour les débutants que pour les expérimentés. Facile à entretenir. Un esthétique agréable à l'oeil, c'est très qualitatif.
Le seul petit point négatif est l'odeur assez chimique lors de l'ouverture de la boite. Avec quelques heures d'aération et touche de parfum l'odeur disparait.”
