“I hadn't yet tried an eyeshadow primer for bright colors. I saw this linked to a Danielle Kirsty video, and had to get it. I love it. It isn't too dry, and has plenty of white pigment. It doesn't crease, and gives wonderful color payoff. It also brightens my eyes. Loveeee!”
