“this is a really nice colour for when you have pitch black hair, as I do, it's a neutral sheer black that can be built up to be darker. it can be quite crumbly though and i've found that trying to blend or brush it through with the spoolie at the other end just rakes out little black dots that are kind of hard to fix. I've also had a hard time combining it with other products like gel or brow soap where it'll smear or crumble.”
“I used to use the Nyx brow pencils but found that their coverage was a bit uneven, it'd leave little random chunks of the pencil where I'd draw - so I decided to try this one instead and boy am I glad I did.
Even though I chose black, it doesn't lay on super thick right away, you can lightly sketch in your brow shape first and build up the colour without it getting cakey and balling up. I've even been using it in taxis and managing to get good brows despite the road bumps haha”
