“This is the only brow pencil I use. The products, once applied, lasts all day. It's not a hard, waxy consistency, yet isn't as soft as a kohl pencil. You're able to create fine, hair-like strokes on the brows. The twist-up component means there's no mess at all. A firm favourite in my make-up collection.”
