On this occasion, I "failed a security check" and they therefore cancelled my order. My money is being held and and they have been holding it long enough for the price of the bundle to go up and there for out of my affordability. I've not only been given the run around and been refused a reason why they chose to cancel my order but they have refused to honour the price I originally bought the items at even with the problem being on their end. And they STILL have my money. I'm sure these palettes are lovely, as I have bought many as gifts for others in the past. but the piss poor customer care means that I will never know for myself. I will no longer be wasting my patronage on a company that clearly couldn't care less”
