“I got my complete order delivered i am so satisfy nothing came broken from my eyeshawdow pallets also they are so pigmented just one tiny thing it does have fallout but as longest you tap the excess you should be good but besides the point im very happy with the color pigment the eyeshadows gave”
“I absolutely love this product! The pigmentation is incredible, and the shades are so versatile. As an artist, I’m thrilled with how this palette allows me to express myself creatively.
However, I had an issue with the shipping process. I live in the US, specifically in Colorado, and the package arrived in poor condition. The outer box had holes and tears, and the palette packaging inside was also damaged. My main concern was the condition of the shadows, and unfortunately, after inspecting all eight palettes, I found that a few darker shades had broken apart and mixed with some of the lighter ones.
I’m disappointed with the shipping company Beauty Bay uses, as it’s clear the package wasn’t handled with care. Even though the palettes were wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in another box, it wasn’t enough to prevent damage. For an order totaling close to $150, I expected the product to arrive intact.
The quality of the palettes themselves is fantastic, but I hope Beauty Bay addresses their shipping practices to ensure better care in the future.”
