“I received my package completely mangled with zero packing insulation and TWO of the NINE palettes I ordered missing. Their customer service takes literally FOREVER to get back to you and their solution to my problem was "you can either keep the pallettes and take a 40% refund OR send everything back for a full refund"
I just wanted my palettes, the two that were missing were the two that I was looking forward to the most. Why you can't just send the palettes that were missing i don't know. . . but honestly I will NEVER buy from this company again. Especially after finding out this isn't an uncommon occurrence for them.”

“I got this big variety pack because the single palette options were out of stock at the time i wanted to purchase them and i wanted a few palettes with different colours & shades to do a variety of looks.
These are very pigmented and they can/ will stain your skin especially the berries palette, so bare that in mind if you’re someone that likes to wear eyeshadow on bare skin.
My only two complains are that some of the shades are similar in all of the palettes but not exactly the same, they are slightly different shade/ hue but they do look very similar. You also basically get two of the same palettes, Bright and Bright-matte. Bright have the same amount of mattes in the bright-matte’s palette but with a small amount of shimmer shades thrown in there, and for the price I expected a palette to be full shimmer while the other is full of mattes and not a fart load of shimmer and same repeat of mattes. Definitely not worth the full price! Either add more colours or have one full of shimmer”
