“Best mascara I've used for a loooooong time, my lashes are pretty good naturally but they can curl on themselves, and I have very oily eye lids. This doesn't transfer on me, but it can flake, I find this isn't an issue if I use setting spray and don't cover my eye makeup! I think it soften it enough that it doesn't flake off but not to much as to cause transfering. It layers very well and only starts getting super clumped are the 3rd coat.”
