“Not sure if I ever spend that much on a primer, but it's a really nice product. Is it "blurring"? Not that I can tell. It's subtly glowy tho and works on it own, under foundation and CC creams as well as with setting powder. Not sure if I'd repurchase it solely because the price is a wee bit high and you can achieve a nice "glow from underneath" with other products too.”
