“Johnny Ross recommended this and he was right. This primer is terrific for dry skin. I have all of that and nose pores (whit this primer other products adhere beautify on top). It acts as a hydrating liquid that is not oily but light on the skin. It dries down. It makes any matte foundation look nicely satin. It does not have small particles and glitters but just dew that is not silicone in feeling. I recommend this product if you have , dry, mature or, large pore areas on your skin. I used to use two primers on my skin (pore filling one and dewy one) to get the same effect as now that I use just this. If you have dry skin, you can put it under your under-eye concealer, making it less cakey when you powder over it; it looks just right, not glowy, not matt. All in all, it is a satin-effect pore-minimizing primer. Their blurring marketing is false. If they would change the words, this would make more sense. The products is similar to Maybelline 4in1 (does not minimize pores looks oily) and Lisa Eldrige liquid highlighter (stays dewy and minimizes pores but does not work under the eyes).”
