“I'm a dry, sensitive girly! This toner feels super lightweight on my skin, has a watery consistency, and instantly absorbs and feels hydrating, soothing, and soft. I can layer this multiple times, & layer it with other toners with no issues. I think I may have found my go to rice toner. Its a product that i will buy again. Not all skincare products work for certain skin types. Im just glad this worked out for me.”
