“Its an ok toner, but nothing special. I bought a much cheaper rice toner that didn’t measure up to the “I’m from” rice toner for £4. I’d say this toner is on par with that one for consistency and effect. I won’t buy again to be honest. However, if you want a refreshing toner as opposed to smooth and softening, you might like it.”
