“This liner isn’t he softest you could use to say it is such a delicate area. At first, it didn’t feel soft enough to get full colour payoff, so I sharpened the pencil to help. This improved the pencil, but it still doesn’t feel soft enough to use & therefore means I’m not getting the most out of the product.”
