“So excited to use this eyeliner as I’ve loved the Graph Ink liquid liners, but I got this and it was completely dried up. I mean I drew and nothing came off. It was rough and scratchy. Tried sharpening it which is beyond difficult and it just comes out crummy now, not smooth or creamy at all. However I’ve received a few pencil-like products (different brands) from BeautyBay and they’ve all been so dry/brittle. I think the problem is more how Beauty Bay store or ship their products..”
