“I purchased one of these three years ago and it was absolutely sensational and still going strong after three years. Unfortunately, my puppy got a hold of it and mistook it for a chew toy. Needless to say I had to purchase a replacement straight away. The new Puff was awful - absolutely no power even when fully charged compared to the old one, a battery that died almost instantly and honestly just the biggest disappointment in comparison to the excellent one I had before. I've read a few reviews and it seems to be a bit of a lucky dip as to whether you received a good one or a faulty one with rubbish batteries and zero power. I have returned it and will probably look to buy it from a new supplier.”
