“Motor started failing (can't consistently vibrate, gets stronger and weaker randomly) when I hold it horizontally. I've previously had the same model toy for 2 years straight with no issue, while this one is about 9 months old. Unfortunately I can't find a faulty policy anywhere even though most toy websites have them! Wouldn't buy a toy from beauty bay again.”
