“This was the first Festool sander I purchased and really like the fact that the dust collection is really effective. I've had the rotary mode come in handy a few times. Using it in random orbit mode works great too (Needed to tweak the amount of suction to make it easy to control in this mode). I may purchase a smaller random-orbit only sander since this one can get a bit heavy at times.”

“The RO 125 is the perfect all-in-one sander. The rotary mode gives you flexibility in removing material fast, or polishing projects later on. The random orbit mode works just all other sanders with the added benefit of dust extraction - which is superior to anything I've seen or used. If you are on the fence about getting a sander, this one will serve you very well for a variety of uses.”

“I needed a sander that would keep the dust out of the air at the 300 unit hotel project I was working on. Refinishing wooden pieces in the rooms that were already full of furniture, flat screen TV's etc. Hooked up to my Festool vacuum the project went along perfectly. the housekeeping staff were complementing me on how the didn't have any more extra cleaning to do than normal in the rooms. Saving me time and money was the best tool for the job or any job! Was fast in and out of each room, no clean up just wheeled to next room. Paid for itself in one job. Excellent!”
