“I wanted a firm mattress and this is A FIRM MATTRESS. I've had it for about 3 weeks and it is beginning to soften up, but that first week was a bit rough. If you are tall and a side sleeper, you may need a higher pillow. The mattress itself seems pretty sturdy in construction and I liked that it had absolutely no smell once unwrapped, unlike the memory foam mattress I had before. Would buy again.”
