When I went to the shop, I got some great help from the lady who was working there. We came with an idea of the mattress we wanted, however, we ended up buying and loving the mattress she recomended. I got told the mattress was in store and it could be next day delivery. So I sold our old mattress on the day thinking I will get my new mattress next day. To my surprise they did not have it in store and I had to wait over a week. The comunication was not easy over the phone and at one point a bit rude from the manager of bedworks. We were close in cancelling the order but after a long time of looking for the perfect mattress we didnt want to wait any longer testing out new mattresses so we waited the extra week to get our new mattress. The delivery was great, friendly people who brought the bed up to my room. Bed is very comfy. Took a few days to get rid of the chemical smell as per usual.

All our Domino mattress from our partner AH beard is freshly made and requires 10 business days to deliver. That explains the waiting period you mentioned in your review.

The two men delivered and set up my king-single bed efficiently and cheerfully, and moved it around twice while I decided where best to place it. They also helped my daughter re-position a blind that had fallwn down.

Don't rely on next day delivery. They will do a fraud check that may take days depending on your bank. That aside, the product is great and the delivery crew were nice dudes. Price was good.

Service: It was pretty cool. The manager, Gisele, was very knowledgeable. She may come across as brash and strong but its for your own good. She said, and I quote, “I cant sell you a bed that i know will hurt you. I also dont want you to get a frame that will break easily”. I find that honestly endearing and I appreciate that. The process from start to finish was quick, smooth and easy. Product Quality Amazing! The mattress and base was well packaged when it arrived. To be honest we had a hard time unpacking as the packaging was very thorough. When we finished the unboxing, the products were clean and pristine. The mattress is absolutely a dream to sleep in. Ive gotten tons of compliments about how pretty my Alfie Bedframe is!! Delivery Prompt. Polite. Quick! Kudos to sandy and team. I recommend bedworks anytime!

I’ve used Bedworks before, and the last experience was seamless. This time was a nightmare. Terrible customer service. Terrible response rate. Terrible and abundant miscommunication. The guy that actually delivered and built my bed was lovely. That was the high point. More than anything they need an automated email function, so you don’t just think your email has disappeared into the ether. Especially when the first part of the process is reliant on email communication to get through their anti-fraud measures. Invest in an automated email function or get more customer service people. This whole experience was way more painful than it needed to be.

The website was incredibly hard to navigate. I had to ring the help number twice before my order was processed and even then there were time consuming requirements about verifying my credit card which had already gone through . My husband had to stay home from work so he could be there to show his card and photo identification. The bed which was supposed to arrive between 1pm and 6pm arrived well after 7pm. However the quality of the product was great and I am happy with my purchase. I am just very frustrated that the whole process was so hard .

I was convinced by the reviews that I was dealing with a good place but my experience was the complete opposite. They delivered the wrong product and when I called to resolve, the customer service rep, Gisele, was so rude, abusive and blaming the warehouse. All I wanted was the delivery of the product I purchased! I wouldn’t recommend Bedworks based on my experience with the customer service operator.

Our warehouse did confirm that a long single base was sent out on that Friday to your southern suburbs home instead of a king single, however, we were able to get the correct one out to you the next day which you appreciated.
