“This product was supposed to take 20 weeks. I’d hoped it would be quicker. Sadly no review as the product will be at least 3 weeks late. Bed works at no stage contacted me to let me know what was happening. I had to call to find out”

“Great service at the store and delivery. Due to my health my daughter had to get the mattress for me, the customer service was exceptional in store and she was well looked after. We had to make adjustments to the height of the bed and it was done without fuss. Very kind delivery drivers.”

“I had a great experience at Bedworks. I was suffering from lower back pain when I visited the showroom, and the staff member who assisted me was incredibly patient. She encouraged me to try different mattresses rather than rushing me into a decision, and carefully listened to what I was looking for. The mattress I originally wanted was out of stock, but she recommended an alternative that turned out to be an even better fit for me. Delivery was arranged within just two days, and after using it for the past couple of weeks, my back and overall body have improved significantly. She also kindly offered me a discontinued display pillow at a very reasonable price, which I really appreciated. Bedworks may not be the most heavily advertised retailer, but based on my experience, they are knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on helping customers find the right product rather than simply making a sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“Customer support forgot to send an invoice for payment to finalizing an online order as apparently they have a $770 fee to interstate delivery unless you contact them directly. Ended up just going to a competitor since I'm not interested in jumping through extra hops just for something that other companies already have automated for over a decade now.”

“This quality queen size bed is made beautifully in solid timber (we chose Oak in clear finish). The drawers are totally enclosed & with a gentle push, slide open easily. Substantial wide pine slats fit easily in purpose made slots so no screws. It was straight forward to assemble but each part is very heavy. Only downside is once it's in place its far too heavy to move again. We might have a chance if we remove the four drawers & mattress, & possibly the slats too? Overall a quality made bed!”

“Product is solidly made, but there is no cover for the ugly brackets that hold the top rails to the head and base, ruins the whole look, and is now all I can see when admiring the new bed. Our last 4 poster had hidden hook/latch for this problem, and it was over 20 years old.”
