“I pre-ordered a sofa bed from Bedworks in January and it was delivered within the projected timeframe which was great. My only suggestion would be to advise customers when the items are to be delivered prior to the day of delivery. I received only 3 hours' notice. Luckily this wasn't a problem for me but that might not always be the case.”

“Communication could be improved. The payment was done with the order but had to ring after 4 weeks when my bed was still not delivered, was then told that I had to call Bedworks after putting my order in to confirm my order? Anyway happy with the bed , is of good quality. Please call the customer as soon as the money is transferred into your account so the order can be fast-tracked.”

“The service at purchase was great, the bed base and bed head is beautiful...however one of the drawers is faulty and we are waiting 2 weeks now to have it fixed. Such a shame because it beautiful and I am sure it is a quick fix to align the track in the drawer.”

“The product is excellent, but the process of delivery to Melbourne was somewhat chaotic. Our order was confirmed. We were advised it would be delivered the following week and we would be contacted with details early in the week. After no contact was made, we emailed and were told delivery had been delayed to the following week. However, it then arrived the next day! We emailed Bedworks to tell them it had arrived and received a reply email confirming it would arrive the following week?!? .... well we got it and it's great.”

“I'd ideally like to give 4 and half stars. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was some average communication on delivery time once I'd purchased the mattress. Where initially delivery was indicated to be 10 biz days. 3 weeks later, I enquired through the autobot on the bedworks website, which then indicated delivery would be another 4-5 weeks, which I guess was fine given the Covid situation. Except 1 week later the mattress arrived which was great. The delivery team we're fantastic as well. Product is really good for the price range. So all in all, Bedworks are pretty good and I'd shop from them again, they just need to fix their disconnected internal comms, as during this period I was still being digitally targeted with ads and emails to buy a mattress, which I already had clearly done.”

“Absolutely magnificent bed and good service”

“Very sturdy, comfortable. The corners are hard so you learn to not bump into them. Customer service was good when there was an issue with how the bed came. Repair person would take 4 days, so I just repaired myself.”

“I would just like to mention that when the mattress was delivered ,the men would not take the plastic off the mattress and was going to leave it leaning against the wall. Why did I pay for delivery if they were not going to put it on the bed frame.”

Our drivers bring your mattress inside, through stairs or narrow walls, and leave it in your specified room, so you can unpackage it (Think of it as a parcel, would you expect the delivery man to unwrap the parcel for you?) However! If you would like for us to remove the packaging, we do have an optional service of taking away the rubbish of the mattress, which I am sure our professional drivers would have offered you if you mentioned it to them.
