Communication could be improved. The payment was done with the order but had to ring after 4 weeks when my bed was still not delivered, was then told that I had to call Bedworks after putting my order in to confirm my order? Anyway happy with the bed , is of good quality. Please call the customer as soon as the money is transferred into your account so the order can be fast-tracked.
