The product is excellent, but the process of delivery to Melbourne was somewhat chaotic. Our order was confirmed. We were advised it would be delivered the following week and we would be contacted with details early in the week. After no contact was made, we emailed and were told delivery had been delayed to the following week. However, it then arrived the next day! We emailed Bedworks to tell them it had arrived and received a reply email confirming it would arrive the following week?!? .... well we got it and it's great.
