“Bed firmness was not a match to other brands, it was hard as a rock for medium firmness. The customer care was not helpful or friendly with my issue and just ignored me. Would not recommend to buy from.”

“I replaced the top of a 20 year old king ensemble with a Comfort Sleep Verve Chiro Posture Pocket Spring Chiro king mattress in Plush, and it is super comfortable! It’s a new bed, at a very reasonable price! It lives up to its advertising, and the order and delivery process was easy. Great to support an Australian bed making business too.”

“We would give 0 Star rating...if that was possible. Bedworks took no responsibility when we purchased a new (faulty) mattress manufactured by AH Beard. We were advised to go direct to AH Beard about the issue and they confirmed the mattress was faulty. AH Beard took it away and failed to rectify the problem. After several attempts to fix the issue the Bedworks staff refuse to get involved. Bedworks as per their policy now want an additional $800 to supply the correct mattress even though the first mattress supplied by Bedworks is wrong. 🤷‍♂️”

“If I can give them 0 For the delivery driver I got an sms that the mattress will be delivered between 8am and 11am. The delivery driver had come at 7.15am while I was on my morning walk I gave them a call back and they told me bad luck that I wasn't home and I have to ring back at 10am to re book it Shame on them I have the whole phone call recorded there attitude is unacceptable lazy drivers They had said they came abit earlier then 8am because they had a job cancellation That isn't the peoples problem I am going off the sms I have received from bedworks delivery from 8am- 11am They shouldn't be turning up before 8am!!!”

“Great product and even more special as it is a fully Australian product. It looks great, was easy to assemble and great for small rooms. It is also versatile because the trundle can stay low or high. I'm so glad I found it.”
