We would give 0 Star rating...if that was possible. Bedworks took no responsibility when we purchased a new (faulty) mattress manufactured by AH Beard. We were advised to go direct to AH Beard about the issue and they confirmed the mattress was faulty. AH Beard took it away and failed to rectify the problem. After several attempts to fix the issue the Bedworks staff refuse to get involved. Bedworks as per their policy now want an additional $800 to supply the correct mattress even though the first mattress supplied by Bedworks is wrong. 🤷‍♂️
