“The delivery guys were extremely unhelpful. I could not lift up the mattress to allow the ensemble base to be put underneath. It just took the guys a few minutes but they said that they parked on the private driveway of my building and blocked somebody but it was early in the morning 8:00am, nobody was there. I asked whether they could park at my car park which was one minute's drive from the driveway so that they could help me. They said no. They only drop and go, nothing else.”
